El Sam: Absolutely. “Love You Harder” is about the kind of love that grows stronger through challenges. It’s about not giving up, even when things get difficult. I wanted to capture that raw emotion and intensity—the idea that real love isn’t just about the easy moments, but about pushing through the struggles together.
Interviewer: The title itself is quite powerful. What does “Love You Harder” mean to you personally?
El Sam: To me, it means loving someone with everything you have, even when it’s not easy. It’s about commitment, about showing up for someone even when they’re at their lowest. It’s saying, “I won’t just love you—I’ll love you harder.”
Interviewer: Your music is known for its deep lyricism and rich production. What was the creative process like for this track?
El Sam: It started with a simple melody on the piano. The lyrics came naturally after that because the emotions were real and personal. Once I had the foundation, I built the production around it, layering in textures to create that atmospheric, immersive sound.
